Lead Installer
You run installs end to end — measure, set springs, hang the door, program the opener, and leave the driveway cleaner than you found it. The face of the company at the customer's house.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years garage-door or related trade experience
- Comfortable with torsion springs and door balancing
- Clean driving record
- Takes pride in a tidy, finished job
Repair Technician
Diagnose and fix what's broken — springs, cables, rollers, openers, off-track doors. Same-day calls across the Interbay Peninsula. Honest assessments, no upselling.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years repair or mechanical experience (or strong aptitude + willingness to learn)
- Calm under a stuck-door, customer-waiting situation
- Good with people and plain explanations
- Clean driving record
Installer's Assistant
Learn the trade from the ground up alongside our lead installers. Load the truck, help set doors, handle hardware. The on-ramp to a tech or installer role.
What we're looking for
- No experience required — we train
- Reliable, on time, willing to learn
- Able to lift 50+ lbs safely
- Clean driving record a plus
Assistant Manager
Keep the shop running — scheduling, dispatch, customer follow-up, and helping the owner grow the business. Part office, part field, all ownership.
What we're looking for
- Scheduling / dispatch or service-business experience
- Organized, calm, and great on the phone
- Comfortable with simple software and a CRM
- Local to South Tampa preferred
Driver / Parts Runner
Keep the trucks stocked and the jobs moving — pick up doors and parts from suppliers, restock the vans, and make sure the right hardware is on site before the tech arrives.
What we're looking for
- Clean driving record
- Able to lift and handle door panels safely
- Dependable and route-smart
- Knows the South Tampa area
Inventory & Parts Coordinator
Own the parts room — track spring sizes, cables, rollers, openers, and door stock so the trucks are never short on a same-day call. The quiet job that makes same-day possible.
What we're looking for
- Organized and detail-driven
- Inventory or warehouse experience a plus
- Comfortable with spreadsheets / inventory software
- Anticipates what the field will need
Customer Care / Scheduler
Be the first voice a customer hears. Answer calls, book jobs, route the right tech, and make sure nobody falls through the cracks. Warm, fast, and genuinely helpful.
What we're looking for
- Great phone presence and clear writing
- Organized under a busy call volume
- Empathetic — people often call stressed
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
