Garage door opener installation, quiet as a whisper.
If your opener rattles the bedroom above the garage every time someone leaves early, it's twenty years past its best work. We install quiet belt-drive LiftMaster and Chamberlain units — the same brands we put on our own homes — with battery backup, Wi-Fi, and your old unit hauled away.
Time to replace?
It's chain-drive and loud
Chain drives were the standard for decades. Belt drives move the same door at a fraction of the noise — the difference is dramatic if there's living space over or beside the garage.
No safety reverse, or it's unreliable
Openers older than 1993 lack the photo-eye sensors required since. If a door doesn't reverse on contact, it's a hazard to kids and pets — replace it, don't repair it.
Power outages lock you out
Florida requires battery backup on new opener installs for a reason — our outages come with hurricanes, exactly when you need the car. Every opener we install has it.
It hums, strains, or works "most of the time"
Intermittent openers fail completely on their own schedule, never yours. A motor that struggles is also often masking a door balance problem — we check both.
What we install.
We carry LiftMaster (the professional line) and Chamberlain (the same engineering, retail line). We're not exclusive to either — we spec what fits your door, your garage, and your budget.
Every install ends the same way: safety reverse tested with a 2×4, travel limits dialed, keypad coded, and the app on your phone opening the door before our truck leaves the curb. Wi-Fi means you'll never circle back to check if you closed it — you'll know, from anywhere.
